Pre-Appointment Instructions for Body Contouring
For sanitary purposes please make sure you take a bath or shower prior to your appointment.
On the day of your appointment wear loose fitting clothing and/or bring a change of clothes. If you have breasts, wear a bra (regular or sports). Everyone is required to wear underwear or panties (any style including thongs) during procedures.
Drink 2-3 liters of water daily leading up to your appointment.
Reschedule if you are on your period. You can book 3 days before or 3 days after your cycle. It is recommended you receive treatments every 72 hours/3 days or once a week (only if working out regularly).
Drink 5-6 liters of water daily. For maximum results, complete 30-45 minutes of physical activity a day. Limit carb, alcohol and sugar intake for 72 hours. Do not take a steaming hot shower and/or get in the sauna 24 hours after your body contouring treatment.
All services are by appointment only. Appointments can be booked 24 hours in advance. Same-Day Appointments accepted. Must call 770-679-5567 to schedule. Full pre-pay amount of service is required at the time of booking.
We ask that you give us a 24 HOUR notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The time needed for the service(s) or Spa Packages that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 HOURS notice for individual services and 48 HOURS on packages of two or more. Please call 770-679-5567, if no one answers, please leave a message. If you do not cancel 24 HOURS prior to your appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee and allowed 1 reschedule. The policy is also for Gift Cards and Groupon purchases.
No Call No Show
Full payment of services is required at time of booking. All appointments must be canceled 24 hours prior to appointment date. No Call No Shows will not receive a refund; are not allowed to reschedule, and unable to book future appointments with Luxe Spa Mechele.
To ensure the best experience, we encourage all guests to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment time in order to fill out any necessary paper work and change/dress for your service. Late arrivals will NOT receive any extended time if it impacts another client’s appointment.
